Cadbury Chocolate Fingers: The Christmas Treat Of Our Childhood!

As children, we only ever ate Cadbury chocolate fingers at Christmas.  Were you the same?  Perhaps they were only available then, or perhaps it was just the traditions of Christmas that dictated it thus.  But as a result, for us, those crunchy chocolate biscuits will forever be associated with the festive season, and most specifically Twixmas games.  We always had a box of Cadbury chocolate fingers out whenever the Christmas board games appeared.

We love a no churn ice cream: it’s super simple and oh so tasty.  So it occurred to me that merging our childhood favourite Christmas biscuit with this easy dessert recipe could be a great way to use up any leftover chocolate fingers (okay, we know that isn’t really a thing but just in case..!).  And it makes for a fun Christmas movie accompaniment, something slightly different for after dinner, or just a few activity and dessert to serve the kids.
