Ingredients & Other Supplies laid out to make Lavender & Peppermint Foot Scrub

Epsom Salt

The perfect base for this scrub.  The coarse salt grains are ideal for looking after hard-working feet.  With gentle massage, you’ll boost circulation and exfoliate, leaving skin looking brighter and feeling softer.  Westlab Epsom Bath Salt is a brilliant affordable option – get yours here.

Coconut Oil

Naturally antibacterial and full of wonderful fatty acids to help moisturise the skin.  Cold-pressed coconut oil such as this one is widely agreed to be the best option to use on skin.

How much you add to this homemade foot scrub is down to personal preference although a 2:1 salt : coconut oil ratio tends to work well.

Lavender Essential Oil

Naturally soothing, lavender oil is great at relaxing muscles and calming both body and mind.

Peppermint Essential Oil

Cool refreshing peppermint oil will stimulate the mind while cleansing and invigorating the body.
